We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is not just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital revolution. Key Responsibilities:

You have to make this “Business A” trust thetechjournalist.com and invest their money in our organization and be our loyal client.

The skill sets required here are logical thinking and Empathetic thinking.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiting/Training Manager who is passionate about talent acquisition, training, and creating opportunities for the unemployed. If you have a keen eye for identifying talent, strong communication skills, and a knack for effective training, we want you on our team! This role is crucial in shaping our workforce by recruiting top-notch candidates and ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Conduct voice, communication, and personality evaluations to assess candidates’ suitability.

Training & Development:
