This role is crucial in shaping our workforce by recruiting top-notch candidates and ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
